I'm a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at North Carolina State University, advised by Dr. Anupam Das in the WSPR lab. I'm also currently working with Prof. Franziska Roesner at the University of Washington's Security and Privacy Research Lab.

My research focuses on online safety and privacy in emerging technologies like generative AI, virtual reality, and voice assistants. I combine human-centered methods (surveys, interviews, co-operative inquiry) with applied AI techniques (building and evaluation of LLM-based systems, fine-tuning, RAG, red teaming). In my recent projects, I study safe GenAI for children, AI-assisted moderation for social VR, and scam detection and analysis. My work has been published at USENIX Security, IEEE S&P, PETS, and ICWSM.

I'm on the job market for full-time research and applied scientist roles, starting early 2027.
